This week, ASD attended the HISI (Health Informatics Society of Ireland) Conference in the Aviva Stadium, Dublin. The conference was a two-day event that brought together key stakeholders who are passionate about the digital transformation of healthcare.

ASD presented our RFIDMedical patient tracking solution which is used by hospitals and healthcare facilities to track and monitor the movement of patients that are wearing an RFID-tagged wristband within a fixed-reader environment or with the use of RFID handheld scanners.

The same solution can also manage and track clinical samples as they are taken from the operating theatre to the laboratory and it will sent alerts if the clinical sample does not arrive on time.

Our success stories from a number of Irish hospitals generated a high level of interest. It was a great opportunity to present our solution to an audience that are genuinely interested in improving the patient’s experience during their stay in the hospital.
